What is the Shelf life of one year food supply pouches inside tote containers purchased in 2013?

I bought one year food supply totes containing various food pouches back in 2013.  Back then you were called efooddirect.  There is no expiration date on any of the pouches, only a manufacturer date.   The granola has a stale odor and taste.  How long can these pouches be stored before consuming?  I have not eaten any of the product until now.  Should I discard the entire lot?  Oatmeal lot # example: 098131A1.  There is no lot number on the granola pouches.  Is there any nutritional value remaining in these products after 11 years?  It was my understanding when I bought these totes full of food that they would be good up to 15 years.  What should I do with all this food now that a sample taste indicates the food may be unfit for consumption?  All food totes were stored in a dark, cool, dry basement cellar since 2013.
