Customers are required to contact Food Service Direct to request an account deletion. Upon approval, the account will no longer be accessible to the user or any other parties. Certain data may be retained for legal and compliance purposes. An email confirming the deletion will be sent within 24-48 hours of the request. Please note that deleting your account does not automatically remove you from receiving marketing emails. If you would like to stop receiving our emails you can unsubscribe at the bottom of any of the automated emails we send.
