Our shipping costs are based on two factors: the weight of your order and whether the items are dry, refrigerated, or frozen. The exact cost will always be shown in your cart before you place an order.
For frozen and refrigerated items, there may be an additional fee to cover cooler boxes, dry ice, or gel packs. On your invoice, this may appear as a cold pack fee.
At checkout, our system will also verify your address. If UPS classifies your address as commercial or residential, the shipping quote will update automatically. You can switch between commercial and residential in your cart to compare estimated shipping costs.
We also offer free shipping on orders over $750 to the contiguous U.S. Please note that certain products may be excluded from this promotion.
